Our approach
We meet you where you are, at a pace that feels safe. We won’t rush you, pressure you, or promise outcomes we can’t control. We’ll listen carefully, explain your options in plain language, and work with your strengths.
- Trauma-informed — safety, choice and control are built into every conversation.
- Culturally responsive — your culture, identity, faith and language are respected, not sidelined.
- Strengths-based — we build on what’s already working for you.
- Bilingual — genuine support in English and Turkish.
